Shofi Partners is a dynamic consulting firm, focusing on overall organizational effectiveness. Our team of experienced operational, human resource and learning and development professionals have been in the trenches on both the corporate and consulting side of business. All team members play a critical role in serving our client needs.  

Bob Shofi - President

Bob brings a combination of strong business insight and extensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness and performance management. He has a broad spectrum of experiences at the executive level in corporate development, human resources, operational management, process reengineering, and strategic planning, in high-growth, turnaround, and start-up organizations ranging from healthcare, telecommunications to high technology to insurance.

Bob earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Florida and a master's degree in management from Boston University. Bob is also certified as a senior human resources professional (SPHR), chartered property casualty underwriter (CPCU) and chartered life underwriter (CLU).

Steve Naclerio - Principal

Steve is a long time veteran of the Learning and Development industry. Steve has more than 20 years of first-hand industry experience and has held senior-level positions in several publicly traded companies. Steve has a diversified background that includes some of the most notable names in the Telecom, Software, Financial and Healthcare industries. His specialties include learning program development (leadership, team development, sales and technical), training delivery, organizational effectiveness, customer experience and learning operations. Certified to teach a number of courses in the area of leadership, coaching, management, emotional intelligence, behavioral styles, sales and sales management to name a few.

Steve earned a bachelor's degree in organizational development from Ashford University.

Kristin Gillen - Principal

Kristin brings 14 years of Human Resource generalist experience across a variety of industries. Kristin has managed HR departments requiring her to engage in extensive employee relation issues, developing and administering performance management programs, staffing, HRIS implementations, management training, compensation and succession planning. Kristin understands the importance of partnering with business leaders and line managers and dives into issues to identify and implement solutions that align well with department and business objectives. Kristin has coached other HR professionals specifically dealing with employee relations issues that require investigative work and solutions that are very sensitive to an organization.

Kristin earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Colorado State University and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.

Brian Condie - Principal

Brian was founder of Arissa Learning Solutions in 2009 before joining ShofiPartners. Brian brings 11 years of Instructional Design/Technology experience working in various industries which include Healthcare, Transportation, Retail and Telecommunications. Brian has extensive knowledge and skill designing curriculum in both instructor-led and web-based formats. In addition to this, Brian has experience in the identification and implementation of Learning Management Systems.

Brian earned a master's degree in instructional technology from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Becky Dorsey - Principal

Becky has 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Becky's specific experience as a Human Resources analyst includes compensation, performance management, benefits design and administration, human resource information systems (HRIS) technologies, metrics and reporting. Becky has played a key role on the development and implementation of many HR programs.

Becky earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Denver and a master's degree from Capella University in organizational management with a specialization in human resources. Becky also holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR).
